The surgery will operate normal opening hours during the Easter Bank Holiday, Friday 10th April 2020 and Monday 13th April 2020 8.00am-6.30pm.  We will continue to provide telephone consultations during this period.

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, all GP appointments will be telephone consultations from Monday 16th March 2020 until further notice. If following a telephone consultation the GP feels that a face to face consultation is necessary, this will be arranged. Thank you for your cooperation.

Consultations are by appointment with both doctors and nurses and can be booked over the telephone or in person at reception during opening hours. We aim to provide a routine appointment within 48 hours however emergency appointments are always available.

Appointments can be booked online via Patient Access, or you can download the MyGP app to book an appointment on a smartphone.

The practice does have access to an interpreting service for patients whose first language is not English.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Telephone Advice

If you need to speak to a doctor please call and request a telephone consultation.  The doctor will respond to calls after surgery.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
